How to Apply

1) The first step is to submit an online application. All of our positions for the current service year have been filled. However, it's never too early to apply for the 2010-2011 service year. Click here to apply online! We will begin interviews as early as March and begin service in August 2010.

2) Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted soon via email or phone by a staff member. Beginning in late February, we will begin scheduling group interviews. Here, you will meet the staff, get detailed information about the program, and work with other applicants to complete a set of activities.

3) Following the group interview, you will schedule a personal interview where you will meet with staff on a one-to-one basis. Here, the staff will get to know you better, review your application materials, field any additional questions you may have, and evaluate your potential as an AmeriCorps member. Decision letters are mailed out once the interview process is complete and all of your application materials are submitted.

This process will continue until all slots are filled.
